Hello, we are David and Dawn Owen.
We have owned Shanley Flooring and Shanley Rug cleaners since 1982.
David started working for Mr. Shanley when he was 14 years old on weekends and after school. Over time he proved to be a diligent, detail oriented leader , and at 20 years old he was promoted to manager. David had the opportunity to buy the business when Mr. Shanley retired. He became the companies owner at 24 years old. Dawn came to work for Shanley's in 1984 when they fell in love and were married in 1987. While raising their daughter and servicing the palm beaches, they have shared and grown the family business ever since.
For years we have had a brick and mortar showroom, however, with online sales becoming more prominent and tariff costs raising, we have recently transitioned into bringing the showroom to you. This allows for you to have a personal one-on-one experience in the comfort and lighting of your own home all while getting the best prices possible. First, you will call to make an appointment and let a design team member know what you are looking for along with the colors you are interested in. Our team will bring samples to you and help assist you in color, texture and product choices. We will also give you a free estimate as you shop with one of our team members.
