Our Story

We are David and Dawn Owen.

We have owned Shanley Flooring and Shanley Rug cleaners since 1982.

David started working for Mr. Shanley when he was 14 years old on weekends and after school. He worked his way to manager by the time he was 20 years old and bought the company at 24.

Dawn came to work for Shanley in 1984 they fell in love and were married in 1987. They have shared the business since. Dawn runs our showroom and will help you with styles, colors and textures, along with our friendly staff.

When you come in to see our showroom we will send samples home with you so you can see them in the lighting of your own home, then when you decide on the floor you like. David will come to your home to give you a FREE Estimate and will pick up the samples you took home.

If you decide to do business with us, the Beautification and Fun begins, your floors will be transformed in no time.

We do not use sub-contractors only our own Master Craftsmen, they consider this their form of art.
